The Diplomat is the home of the NORFOLK DIXIELAND JAZZ BAND. The venue is on Ormesby Road, Coltishall, NR10 5JZ and the band plays there on the first Sunday of the month between 1.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. except in July, August and September. The area is known as Badersfield and the venue is near the old RAF site, several miles from the village of Coltishall. Everybody is welcome and admission is free. It is not necessary to eat but if you would like a meal please book in advance (01603 738866) after 6.00 p.m. week-days and after 12 noon at week-ends. The Diplomat’s business hours are from 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from midday Saturday and Sunday.
